for 3-4 servings:
700 g peeled potatoes
2 tbsp. spoons of flour,
3-4 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper,
3 tbsp. spoons sour cream,
1 teaspoon with a hill of Dijon mustard,
200-250 g smoked hunting sausages,
2 medium onions,
1 sweet pepper,
150 g cherry tomatoes,
170 g of hard cheese
some green onion feathers,
vegetable oil for roasting.
Onions cut into half rings and lightly fry. Add the chopped bell pepper and fry for a few more minutes. Add chopped sausages, mix and turn off.
Three potatoes on a large grater (we used a food processor), add garlic, passed through a press, eggs, flour, salt, pepper. Mix well. Heat pan with 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil, spread on her potato mass, reduce the heat to medium and fry for about 5 minutes. During this time, mix sour cream and mustard, three cheese and cut the cherry in half. Then in the pan gently turn over the potato base for the pizza and after 2-3 minutes lubricate it with mustard-sour cream sauce. We spread the halves of cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese and green onions. Reduce the heat and simmer under the lid until the cheese melts.
Enjoy your meal!
We used a large frying pan. If you have two identical frying pans with a diameter of 21 cm, then this layout is enough to cook two identical pizzas for them at the same time.
