Cut chicken fillet 1 cm thick, beat off lightly, put into shape so that it covers the entire bottom. Salt, pepper. Cut potatoes 2 mm thick, salt and pepper, mix. Share on filet. Top with mayonnaise. And sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with foil and in preheated to 180-200 C oven for 1 hour. An hour later, remove the foil and allow the crust to redden.
It turned out very tasty and tender. And it is not dry at all, but rather juicy!
