Boiled potatoes-500 gr
Hard cheese-100 gr
Starch – 2-3 tbsp
Mash potatoes (I had ready mashed potatoes). Mix with egg, cheese. Salt. Add starch. Mix well
Using a teaspoon to form small balls and fry them in deep fat
Can be served as a separate dish or as a side dish.
I also fry onions in vegetable oil, add garlic, pepper and some salted water. And pour this mixture of dumplings.
