Pizza that drives you crazy

Ingredients:

Flour – 500 g
Water – ½ – 1 stack.
Butter – 100 g
Salt – 1 pinch
Sugar – 1 pinch
Tomatoes – 4 pcs.
Eggplant – 2 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
Zucchini – 2 pcs.
Cheese – 300 g
Sour cream – 200 g
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l
Asafoetida – 1 tsp.
Turmeric – 1 tsp.
Provencal herbs – 3 tbsp. l

Cooking:

1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Roll out the dough and put in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
3. Preparation of the sauce: mix the ingredients (200 g sour cream, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon asafetida, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 3 tablespoons a mixture of Provence herbs) and cook 2–3 minutes
4. Fry zucchini.
5. Fry eggplants in vegetable oil until golden brown.
6. Remove the base from the oven and brush with the sauce. Put zucchini and eggplants on top.
7. Sprinkle with pepper.
8. Pour the sauce and place in the oven for 5–7 minutes.
9. Remove from the oven and place the tomatoes on top.
10. Pour sauce.
11. Sprinkle with cheese.
12. Bake for several minutes in the oven.
