Pineapple Pie


Eggs – 2 pcs.
Sour cream – 120 g
Flour – 160 g
Baking powder – 1 tsp.
Soda – 1/4 tsp.
Canned pineapples – to taste
Butter – 180 g
White sugar – 250 g
Brown sugar – 100 g


1. In a small saucepan, melt 65 g of butter and 30 g of white and brown sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves and mass becomes homogeneous. You can take only white or only brown sugar.
2. In the bowl, whisk the remaining butter at room temperature and both types of sugar until homogeneous. One by one, enter the eggs, carefully beating the mass. Add sour cream, mix well again. Pour the mixture of flour, baking powder and soda. At the bottom of a detachable form, pour so much oil mixture that it covers the bottom of 3 mm. Wrap the outside of the form with a layer of foil (so that the oil does not leak out when baking).
3. Spread the pineapple rings in a circle. Optionally, you can cut out of the rings "patches" for free cavities. Top gently pour the dough so as not to move the pineapple rings. Bake at 180 ° C for 40-50 minutes. Check the readiness of the wooden skewer.
