Pies with mushrooms and rice

● flour 700-800 g
● yeast 30-50 g
● butter or margarine 300 g
● milk 500 ml

● dried porcini mushrooms 200 g

● rice 100 g
● salt, black pepper to taste

Boil the mushrooms, fold in a colander, rinse thoroughly and mince or finely chopped. Lightly fry finely chopped onion, add mushrooms and fry for 3-5 minutes, then cool, mix with crumbly rice, salt and pepper. Shape the pies. Bake at 200-210 ° C until tender. After baking, grease with butter. Serve with fish broth.
