The essence of this pie is in canned fish. Take the ones you love. I have this sardines, but you can tuna. My guests did not immediately guess what kind of stuffing in the cake. It turned out unusual, original, and incredibly tasty!
1 can of canned fish (250-300 gr)
1 large onion
100 gr. sour cream
100 gr. mayonnaise
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp. l flour
We clean the potatoes and circles or plates line the bottom of the form
Canned mash with a fork with spices, finely chopped onion (you can pre-fry it) and greens. I add a little more lemon juice. Spread evenly on potatoes.
Making the fill. Beat eggs, sour cream and mayonnaise, sift flour with baking powder and mix thoroughly. Fill the cake.
Decoration on top – at will, you can leave it. I cut the onions, sprinkled with sesame, dried mint and pieces of sweet pepper.
Sent to the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
