Pickled cabbage for a day

INGREDIENTS:
● White cabbage – 2.5 kg
● Carrot – 700 g
● Garlic – 4 cloves
● Vegetable oil – 100 ml
● Vinegar 9% – 100 ml
● Water – 1 l
● Peas – 12 pcs.
● Salt – 70 g
● Sugar – 100 g
● Clove – 5 pcs.
● Bay leaf – 4 pcs.

PREPARATION:
Cabbage nashinkovat. Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Cut garlic into strips. Mix vegetables, do not crush. Tamp the cabbage into the pan (I got everything in a 5-liter pan). Water boil. Add vinegar, oil, add salt, sugar, bay leaf, peppercorns, cloves. Allow to cool slightly.
Pour marinade. Put a plate and oppression on top (pan with water). Let stand at room temperature for 10 hours. Then, at will, place the cabbage along with the marinade into a 3-liter jar, just as she entered it all. Infuse cabbage in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
