For 1 kg of meat you need 1l of water:
garlic 1 head (required !!!)
fresh ginger 30g
spices (bay leaf, peas, coriander, mustard beans, nutmeg, rosemary) These are the spices that I added, but this is the case! one! meat: water-1: 1 !!! If you have 1.5 kg of meat, then there should be a lot of water in accordance with 1.5 liters of Spices !!!
Pour cold water into the pot 2-3 times larger.
Immediately add salt and sugar, boil.
Add garlic cloves in husk. After 3 minutes, add all the spices and cook for another 3 minutes.
In a hot, fragrant marinade, immerse the meat to boil over high heat, then make a moderate fire and cook for 20 minutes.
Prepare warm blankets, I have sleeping bags.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and wrap it in a blanket for 12-15 hours. If you want to cook chicken fillet or turkey in this way, then it will be enough for 4-6 hours, and you need to cook it for 10-15 minutes.
Take the meat out of the marinade and put in the fridge wrapped in foil at 1:00.
This is the easiest way, and you can also fry it quickly in a pan to a crust and rub it with spices. But this is optional, as the meat is already very tasty and fragrant.
Cut the meat with a sharp knife.
Serve with baked peppers sauce or with raw pepper adjika or with tkemali or with tomato-spicy-spicy sauce, or simply with ketchup, horseradish, mustard.
