I read about these cakes so many times and today I tried them … what can I say? It is incredibly tasty! fell in love …
Milk (or water) – 0.5 l
Salt – 1 tsp.
Sugar – 1 tsp.
Flour – 4 stack.
Yeast dry. – 10 grams (recommended dosage with a bag of yeast)
Potatoes – 1 kg
Onion (medium) – 2 pcs
Suluguni cheese (Imeretinsky cheese) – 600-700 g
Salt (to taste)
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l
Butter (for lubrication) – 50 g
Cooking: 1. In warm milk, dilute salt, sugar and yeast and wait until foam is formed.
2. Sift the flour, make a well and pour our dough there. Knead the dough and at the end add vegetable oil (the dough is rather sticky before adding the butter) .3. We remove all this beauty in a warm place to rise. We wait about 40 minutes, then “crush” the dough and let it come up again.
4. In the meantime, prepare the filling. Add mashed cheese, finely chopped onion into the mashed potatoes, salt, mix well and form three balls. When the dough came up the second time, we also make three balls of it.
Then we take a ball of dough, roll out a circle, put a potato ball in the middle. We take the edges of the dough and make a bag. On a floured baking sheet, we begin to turn this bag from the center into a cake :))) and be sure to make a hole in the hole for air to escape.
7. Give a little stand and send in the preheated 180 * C oven – on the bottom shelf, then on the top, to browned the top.
8. Put the finished cake on a dish and grease with butter. Next put on top and also lubricated with oil.
Pies stand up and become soft. Well, that's all .. bon appetit !!!
