Mushroom soup with cheese

– Chicken broth – 2.5 liters
-5 potato
-2 bulbs
-1 carrot
-300 grams of mushrooms
-50 grams of butter
-2 melted cheese
-green, salt, pepper, bay leaf

Peel and chop the mushrooms and potatoes. Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Peel onions and cut into small cubes. Add potatoes to boiling chicken broth and cook until almost ready.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and spasserovat carrots and onions, add the mushrooms and fry a little over a high heat. Vegetables with mushrooms put in a pan with potatoes and let boil.

Meanwhile, grate the cheese curd and grate in the boiling soup. After 10 minutes, the soup can be turned off. Salt, pepper, bay leaf to taste. Greens at will.
