Stuffing – 500g
Onions – 1pcs
Milk – 150ml
For the sauce:
Sour cream – 100g
Water – 100ml
Ketchup – 1st.l.
Salt, black pepper, red pepper, dried basil, sugar
Butter – 30-50g
Starch – 1st.l.
Loaf filled with milk for 10 minutes. Finely chop the onion.
Then chop the loaf and onion in a blender, add to the minced meat, salt and pepper, add a little milk or water (the minced meat should not be very steep), mix well.
Minced meat divided into equal parts, roll balls, fry on vegetable until rosy color.
Put fried meatballs in a baking dish, thickly greased with butter.
For the sauce: sour cream, water, ketchup, melted butter, spices and starch mix to a uniform consistency.
Pour the meatballs with sauce, cover with foil and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees – bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve ready-made meatballs with any side dish. Enjoy your meal!
