Liver patties with potatoes

Ingredients:

On 1 kg – any liver:
pork lard – 400-500 g
Onion – 1 large.
garlic – to taste
eggs – 3 pcs
flour – 1 cup
-2-3 potatoes
salt, pepper – to taste
greens – if desired.

Cooking:

Scroll the liver, lard and refried onion through a meat grinder, add eggs, garlic (on a fine grater), potatoes (on a fine grater), flour, salt and pepper. Mix well and fry the chops in vegetable oil.
