Liver pate
We need: 400g of liver, 1 large onion,
1 medium carrot, 250g of soft butter, salt,
ground black pepper, vegetable or butter for frying.
Chop the onion and fry it with carrots rubbed on a large grater.
Liver cut into small pieces and fry.
Onions with carrots and liver mince, mix with butter, add salt and black pepper to taste.
Store in a refrigerator in a plastic container.
