Light cake "melts in your mouth"


Kefir (250 ml) – 1 stack.
Soda (no slides, no need to extinguish) – 1 tsp.
Sugar (can be less) – 1 stack.
Flour (250 ml) – 1 stack.
Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp. l

Cake is made easy and simple!
First of all, turn on the oven to warm up to 200 degrees.

Take two containers.
First pour kefir + soda (no need to extinguish, kefir will do it).
In the second – sugar, flour and cocoa.

Mix kefir with soda. Mix dry ingredients.

We mix the first mix with the second – it turns out average density brown dough.

We take the form – we grease rast. oil If silicone, then generally do not need to lubricate!

The diameter of my form is 29 cm. I baked it in other forms – then it turns out higher)

Pour there our dough, leveled.
We put baked in an oven heated to 200 degrees – 25 minutes.
(Focus on your oven – check with a wooden skull periodically!)
You can also bake in a slow cooker – “baking” mode – 45 minutes approximately)

Now lubricate the cream. I have sour cream with sugar / powdered sugar.
Sprinkle cocoa on top!

But this is a flight of your imagination: any cream, jam, condensed milk, chocolate, fudge, etc.
from above you can sprinkle with nuts, coconut flakes, candied fruits, decorate at will!

Put in the fridge for cooling and soaking!
