2 kg zucchini
1 kg of carrots
0.5 kg of onions

For the marinade:
1 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons salt
1 cup of sunflower oil
1 cup of vinegar 9%
black pepper

Cooking method

If the zucchini is old, clean the skin, I haven’t cleaned it, since the zucchini was young. Grate for Korean carrot zucchini and carrots.

Onions cut into half rings, I chopped with a combine. Prepare the marinade, to do this, mix the coriander, pepper, salt, sugar, vegetable oil and vinegar. Pour marinade vegetables, mix well and leave for 2 hours.

Spread the salad on the cans and tamp well. Sterilize 0.5 cans of 15 minutes, roll up and turn over the cans. Put a day in the heat. Salad turns out very tasty and unusual.
