How to cook roast in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

mushrooms – 500 g
potatoes – 1 kg
onion – 1 pc
salt and spices to taste
bay leaf, greens (optional)

cream = sour cream = water in a volume of 2 cups.

Cooking:

All washed, peeled and chopped. Cut the meat into slices (medium size), mushrooms – plates, potatoes – cubes, onion in half rings. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the multicooker, put the meat in, close the lid, set the "baking" mode.

Fry the meat for about 20 minutes. Then add mushrooms and onions to the meat, close the lid and simmer all together for "baking" another 15-20 minutes.

After this time, add sliced ​​potatoes to the meat and mushrooms. Salt, sprinkle with spices. Pour sour cream and cream mixed with water 2 cups. Approximately 100 ml of sour cream, 100 ml of cream and 200 ml of water. Mix.

Set the baking mode again, prepare a total of 50 minutes. Stir the dish a couple of times during cooking.
