Ingredients for the dough:
– 100 g butter
– 100 g sugar
– 2 large or 3 small eggs
– 1 cup of honey
– 1 teaspoon soda
– 2.5 cups flour
– 500 ml sour cream 27%
– 300 ml of cream 35%
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 300 g prunes
– 200 g dried and chopped walnuts

Mix honey, sugar, soda, eggs and butter and place in a steam bath. (stir constantly, make sure the eggs do not boil) until complete dissolution of sugar and butter and the formation of a homogeneous mass. Add flour. Stir well with a spoon.
Allow to cool. Cover with food film and place for 12 hours in the refrigerator.
Remove from refrigerator and allow to stand at room temperature for 3-4 hours.
The dough is liquid.
On a baking sheet covered with baking paper, place the bezel from a detachable form, put 2 full tablespoons of dough into it and spread it over the paper. You can lightly grease it with butter.
Bake the cake in a heated oven at 180 C for 7-10 minutes (it all depends on your oven) until golden brown.
Trim the finished cake with a knife in a circle. Remove together with the paper and put it cool.
Repeat the same procedure with the remaining crust.
The original is 5 cake layers.
One bake is much stronger than the rest until dark brown and make a crumb out of it (in a blender)
– Beat sour cream with sugar. Whip cream separately. Connect everything together.
– Chop the prunes, chop the nuts.
Spread the first cake with cream and sprinkle with prunes.
2nd cake – cream, nuts
3rd cake – cream, prunes
4th cake – cream, nuts.
5th cake – cream, crumb mixed with nuts.
The sides of the cake are crumb with nuts. Done!
