Homemade cheesecakes with cottage cheese

Cheesecakes with cottage cheese – a great homemade pastry, familiar to us since childhood. I like the dough for cheesecakes to be rich, and the filling – sweet. According to this recipe, curd tarts are very tasty, fluffy and fragrant.

For the test:
1 egg;
2 tbsp. l Sahara;
1/2 bag of vanilla sugar;
1/4 tsp salts;
250 ml of milk;
500-550 g of flour;
1 tbsp. l dry yeast;
80 g butter.

For filling:
500 g of cottage cheese;
2-3 art. l Sahara;
1 egg;
1/2 bag of vanilla sugar.

To smear cheesecakes:
1 egg;
1 tbsp. l milk

Beat the egg with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Pour warm milk, mix. Mix the flour with dry yeast and, adding gradually, in the egg-milk mixture, knead the dough first with a whisk, then with your hands. Lastly, add melted butter and knead it into the dough. The dough should be smooth and soft. Cover the bowl with dough with plastic wrap or towel and put in a warm place to rise for 1-1.5 hours.

The finished dough will increase significantly in volume. To make the filling, grind the curd with eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar. Make small identical balls out of dough and place them on a greased baking sheet at a distance from each other. Leave for 20 minutes to climb.

Then push the middle of each ball of dough almost to the ground. Put the curd filling in the resulting grooves. Grease all the homemade cheesecakes with cottage cheese with an egg-milk mixture and leave for another 10 minutes. Then put in an oven preheated to 190 degrees and bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Shift the curd cheesecakes from a baking tray onto a wire rack and cool. Homemade cheesecakes with cottage cheese, cooked according to this recipe, turned out very tasty, lush and fragrant!

Bon appetit, please your loved ones!
