-500 g of fish fillet (any for your taste)
– seasonings to fish (optional)
-3 chicken eggs
-150-200 g sifted flour
– 200 ml of milk
– spices to taste
Wash fish fillets, cut into medium-sized pieces. Salt and pepper, season with spices.
While the fish is drawn, cook the batter. Beat eggs, add salt, pour in milk, mix. Then gradually add flour, constantly stirring the batter. Make sure that there are no lumps.
Put the fish on the heated pan, after having dipped it in batter. Fry in sunflower oil for 5-7 minutes over medium heat. Then flip to the other side and fry the same time.
