French fries (without fat and oil).

For cooking potatoes for 2 persons you need:
-4 big potatoes
-2 protein
– salt, pepper, spices to taste

Beat the whites with the salt in a deep bowl. Peel potatoes, cut into strips, dip in proteins. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees until golden brown. Before serving, season with spices to taste. That's all – you can enjoy your favorite potatoes.
