Fish fillet in potato batter

– Fish fillet (trout) – 600 g
– Potatoes (medium) – 3 pcs
– Egg – 1 piece
– Lemon – 1/2 pcs
– Flour – 2 tbsp. l


1. Cut fish fillets into portions, add salt, add spices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
2. Wash potatoes, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Add egg and flour, mix thoroughly. Breaded fish in potato batter (tightly pressed).
3. Fry on both sides in a heated frying pan with olive oil. Reduce heat, cover and cook until ready (about 30 minutes).
4. Serve with vegetables.
