We can say that the recipe for cooking fish patties from whiting, which I offer you, is dietary. First, because the meat of the fish itself is considered not fat, and secondly, since we will not fry our meatballs, and, therefore, they will not have excess fat and cholesterol. In general, whiting dishes are recommended for children, elderly people and those who are overweight, and this fish, like all sea food, is very healthy and rich in minerals and microelements.
And if we talk about the cutlets themselves, which we are going to cook today, they are incredibly tasty, tender and fragrant, as the whiting is, in my opinion, one of the most tasty fish. In addition, it is relatively inexpensive, which is also important in our time, and although we will have to tinker a bit with the preparation, but, believe me, it is worth it.

Whiting – 1 Kilogram
Carrots – 1 Piece
Egg – 1 Piece
Onion – 1 Piece
Bread – 2-3 Slices
Sour cream – 1-2 Art. spoons
Salt – To taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Paprika – To taste

How to cook "Whitsados"
1 If the fish you had was frozen, then thaw it, and then rinse thoroughly with cold water.
2 Now we need to cut off the head and remove the skin, it will be quite easy to do.
3 Using scissors, cut off the fins and separate the meat from the ridge and bones.
4 Thus we clean all the fish so that we have only the fish fillets, which we will use for the chops.
5 Skip the fish fillet through a meat grinder or grind with a blender.
6 Next, we need to fill the bread with milk or water and wait until it swells. Meanwhile, grind onions.
7 When the bread is sodden, squeeze it and put it in the bowl of the blender, just grind.
8 Grind three carrots on a coarse grater and grind together with the other ingredients in a blender.
9 As a result, we should have a homogeneous mass, which we put in a bowl with chopped fish, break one egg.
10 Add salt and black pepper to taste and mix everything thoroughly.
11 Now form the cutlets of minced meat, grease the baking sheet with a small amount of vegetable oil and spread the cutlets on the baking sheet.
12We smear sour cream on top of each patty. You can use mayonnaise instead of sour cream.
13 And in order for us to have a beautiful ruddy crust, sprinkle patties with paprika.
14 Put the baking tray in the oven heated to 200 degrees and bake the patties for 20 minutes. Now the fish patties are ready, and you can serve them with any side dish at your discretion. Enjoy your meal!
