Fettuccine in tomato and cream sauce


Olive oil – 2 tbsp. l
Butter – 2 tbsp. l
Onions – 1 pc.
Garlic – 4 cloves
Tomato Sauce – 900 ml
Salt, pepper – to taste
Sugar – 1 pinch
Fatty cream – 1 stack.
Grated Parmesan or Romano – to taste
Sliced ​​fresh basil – to taste
Fettuccine – 1 pack


1. Prepare the paste according to the package instructions.
2. Drain the water, leaving 1 cup of water from the pasta.
3. Melt both types of butter over medium heat.
4. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
5. Fry garlic and onion in butter for 1-2 minutes.
6. Pour tomato sauce, add salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
7. Stir and cook over low heat for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Remove from heat and add cream.
9. Add cheese to taste, and then pour seasoning.
10. Add fettuccine to sauce, mix.
11. Add basil to pasta and serve immediately.
