– Eggs – 4 pcs.
-Farsh pig-beef – 200 g
-Cucumber fresh – 1 pc.
– garlic – 1 slice
-Dill – a few twigs
– Mayonnaise, ketchup – 2 tbsp. l
Into the bowl, drive one egg, add 1/4 of the minced meat to it, salt and pepper, mix until the minced meat is evenly distributed, fry for growth. oil on both sides on a slow fire under the lid – and so all omelets.
Stuffing: Grate the cucumber on a fine grater, finely chop the garlic and greens, mix everything, season with mayonnaise and ketchup.
Then slightly cooled omelettes should be folded in a pile, missed with the filling (except for the top one), let stand a little, cut into portions and decorate with greens when serving. It turns out very, tasty, juicy, hearty snack.
