Ingredients and cooking:
4 eggs + a glass of sugar, beat with a mixer at high speed until a strong foam is formed (min.5).
Gently mix a glass of flour and a bag of baking powder. Pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a glass, add 3 tablespoons of boiling water, then pour all this into the dough, mix well, but gently (with a spatula)
Pour into the mold (I'm on baking paper, I do not lubricate the sides). Bake in the oven (I'm in the slow cooker 45 minutes) for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Biscuit after five minutes to get out of the mold and in many places pierce a toothpick, pour pouring in portions.
Saturate preferably all night (minimum 5 hours).
For impregnation, take 200 ml of condensed milk + 200 ml of concentrated milk + 200 ml of 20% cream
