Chicken and carrot cutlets
1) Chicken fillet 700 gr.,
2) Carrots 200 gr.,
3) Onion 100 gr.,
4) Egg protein 2 pcs.,
greens to taste.
1. Crumble chicken fillet into small cubes, add carrots grated on a coarse grater,
finely chopped onion, chopped greens.
2. Salt, add 2 eggs and some French herbs (optional).
