Delicious Pear Cake

The cake is amazing in that it consists of three different layers. And pears – as a filling … But let me tell you about this already in the recipe itself …

List of required ingredients:

For layer number 1 – sand:
– 125 g margarine
– about 2 glasses of flour (plus or minus 50 g)
– 1 egg (I took 2, because they are very small, from young chickens)
– ¼ cup sugar
– 1 tsp. baking powder

For layer # 2 – cottage cheese:
– 250 g of cottage cheese
– 1 egg
– 3 tbsp. Sahara

For layer number 3 – air:
– 125 ml sour cream
– 1 egg
– 125 g sugar
– 1 tsp. baking powder
– 125 g of flour
– a pinch of salt
– 40 ml of vegetable oil

For filling:
– 8 ripe pears

The complexity of the recipe: despite the large number of different layers, the recipe is quite simple

Cooking time: somewhere a couple of hours

Working process:

We begin with the preparation of sandy bases – grind margarine with sugar, add eggs, and then, adding flour, knead the dough. It is necessary to distribute it in a detachable form, forming sides, and inside this formed basket we will lay out layer No. 2 – cottage cheese.

For its preparation, we simply mix thoroughly (or use a blender) cottage cheese with egg and sugar.

On the curd layer, we now need to put our pears, after removing the core from the very bottom.

Now is the time to turn on the oven – let it warm to 190 degrees.

Our next step is to prepare a delicious air layer. To do this, simply alternately mix all of these components and pour our pears with the ready dough.

The cake is ready for baking – in my oven, he spent even a little more than an hour. Here are just the last 20 minutes of baking, I decided to use food foil to cover the top of the cake – it already looked rosy, and the skewer remained slightly damp.

But an hour passed, the cake was completely ready – it was necessary to wait a little for it to cool, carefully get it out of the mold and … divide it into 4 parts …))))
