How to cook "Strudel with currants"
Knead dough from flour, eggs, butter, water and a pinch of salt with a mixer.
Divide the dough into two parts, wrap in foil and leave for 1.5 hours at room temperature.
Put the currant in a saucepan, add sugar, add the starch dissolved in the juice. Stir, bring to a boil, and then cool.
Roll out the dough into a layer, sprinkle with a mixture of nuts and starch and lay out the berries. Turning the edges of the dough, roll it into a roll, lubricating each turn with oil.
Grease the strudel with a mixture of yolk and cream, place on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 200 degrees. Sprinkle the finished dish with powdered sugar.
