Cottage Cheese Cookies ″ Kisses ″
Ingredients:
200 gr. softened margarine
250 gr. soft cottage cheese
1 tbsp. flour
vanillin – on request
Cooking:
Margarine is good to knead (until smooth). Add cottage cheese, flour, vanillin. Roll out the dough as thin as possible. Then cut the mug with a glass and each mug soak one side into the sugar, fold the sugar side inside, and so – four times. Top must also be in sugar. The amount of sugar depends on your desire! Cookies can be much browned – also at will!
