Cooking cheese "Philadelphia" at home


Milk – 1 L
Kefir – 0.5 L
Chicken Egg – 1 pc
Salt – 1 tsp.
Citric acid (at the tip of the knife)


Pour the milk into the pan and set on the stove, on medium heat and stir constantly, add salt, bring to a boil. Immediately after boiling, add kefir and mix until the mass is curled. This mass is thrown back onto the gauze, then suspended on the gauze over the sink for 15 minutes and let the serum drain. Egg and a little citric acid, beat well. Add the resulting cottage cheese to the beaten egg and beat again until a homogeneous fluffy mass is obtained. That is ready cheese!
