Ingredients on the form of 20-23 cm:
3 eggs (whites and yolks separately)
130 g sugar
115 g flour
1 tsp. vanilla essence
3-4 sweet and sour apples
Protein whisk with half the sugar until soft peaks.
Beat yolks with vanilla essence and the remaining sugar until white.
Combine proteins with yolks. Gradually sift flour and knead light dough. We interfere as carefully as possible to squeeze out as little air as possible from the dough.
Apples peeled, cut out the core. Cut into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice so as not to darken.
We spread in the form of 3/4 dough, put apples on top of it.
Top put the remaining dough and evenly distribute.
Sent to an oven heated to 190 degrees and bake until done, about 30 minutes.
