For the test:
● eggs 3
● flour 3 tbsp. with slide
● good quality cocoa 2 tbsp.
● baking powder 1/2 tsp
● sugar 2 tbsp.

For filling:
● cottage cheese 400 gr.
● egg 1
● sugar 3 tbsp.
● cream of any fat 50 ml
● icing sugar for the top

Mix in a blender ingredients for the filling. Pour on a baking sheet, covered with parchment for baking.
For the test: beat the yolks with sugar, add flour and baking powder. Beat the whites to the peaks, gently mix them into the egg-flour mixture. Put the dough on top of the curd filling, going about 1 cm behind the curd edges. Bake for 15-20 minutes. 180C. Cover the baking tray with the finished biscuit with a clean towel, turn the biscuit on the towel, stuffing up, remove the paper and immediately roll the roll (curd inside).
