Chicken liver pate

This chicken liver pate has many advantages: it is tasty, inexpensive and simply prepared.

You will need:

300 gr. chicken liver
1 large onion
150 ml. cream
salt pepper

How to cook:

1. Peel the onions, chop and fry until soft in butter.

2. Peel the liver of films, wash well, add to roasting onions. Bring the liver to readiness, do not overdry, inside it should remain pink.

3. Fill the liver with cream, salt and pepper to taste and simmer for literally two minutes.

4. Let cool slightly, transfer to a blender and beat well.

5. Keep the pate in the fridge, if you plan to eat it for several days, melt the butter and pour over the top of the pate.
