Chicken Kefir Pie

I will go again for kefir … a very successful recipe!

Lush dough and juicy stuffing!


Wheat flour – 180 g
Kefir – 250 ml
Egg – 1 pc.
Salt to taste
Soda – 1 chips.
Black pepper (ground) to taste
Chicken fillet – 350 g
Onions – 2 pcs.
Greens – 20 g
Sunflower oil – 40 ml
Butter – 10 g


We add soda to kefir, wait a couple of minutes for the soda to be extinguished. Add egg, flour, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Fry the chicken fillet with onions.

Grease the baking dish with butter and lightly sprinkle with flour. Pour half of the dough, lay out the chicken with onions, add the finely chopped greens and pour the second half of the dough.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
