Curd cheese 10-18% – 150 g
Egg (yolk) – 1pcs
Sugar powder (sugar) – 10 g
Vanilla extract (vanillin) – to your taste
Salt – 1 g
Flour – 15 g
1. Add cottage cheese, yolk, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar and mix.
2. Pour the flour. Stir by hand. Add flour until the dough disintegrates.
3. Form the cheesecakes.
4. Fry cheesecakes on both sides in a frying pan with a little oil.
