Cheesecakes without flour and sugar
Ingredients:
Low fat cottage cheese – 400 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Semolina – 2 tbsp. l
Vanillin – to taste
Sweetener to taste
Cooking:
1. Mix the ingredients with a fork. We form syrnichki, roll in semolina, slightly grease the pan and fry the cheesecakes on both sides.
2. Turn over cheesecakes, cover with a lid and turn down the fire.
3. We put the finished cheese cakes on a paper towel to remove unnecessary butter. Served with your favorite supplements.
