Cheesecake "Giraffe"

Ingredients for the dough:

• 100 grams of butter
• 100 grams of granulated sugar
• 1 chicken egg
• 250 grams of flour
• 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons of baking powder (or 1 tsp of hydrated soda)
Ingredients for the filling:
• 400 grams of cottage cheese
• 200 grams sour cream
• 2 chicken eggs
• 150 grams of granulated sugar
• 3 tablespoons of starch
• 1/5 teaspoon vanilla

Cooking:

Let's start with the dough. To do this, soft butter, grind with sugar. Add egg, mix. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder (or slaked soda), replace the dough and form a bun in your hands. From the conifer to separate the fourth part, set aside. The rest of the dough is laid out in a form (I have a shape of 22 cm in diameter), hands distribute it along the bottom and form fairly high sides (at least 5-6 centimeters). Of the 7 pieces, I formed long narrow strips and laid out around the side. Of the 9 pieces, I formed flat cakes and laid out on the surface of the filling. Put in preheated to 180 degrees oven. Bake for 1 hour.
