Ingredients for the dough:
• 100 grams of butter
• 100 grams of granulated sugar
• 1 chicken egg
• 250 grams of flour
• 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons of baking powder (or 1 tsp of hydrated soda)
Ingredients for the filling:
• 400 grams of cottage cheese
• 200 grams sour cream
• 2 chicken eggs
• 150 grams of granulated sugar
• 3 tablespoons of starch
• 1/5 teaspoon vanilla
Let's start with the dough. To do this, soft butter, grind with sugar. Add egg, mix. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder (or slaked soda), replace the dough and form a bun in your hands. From the conifer to separate the fourth part, set aside. The rest of the dough is laid out in a form (I have a shape of 22 cm in diameter), hands distribute it along the bottom and form fairly high sides (at least 5-6 centimeters). Put the form with the dough and a piece of dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Now prepare the filling. Put cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, starch, vanillin, eggs into a deep container. Beat with a mixer into a homogeneous mass. Pour the filling into the form with the dough. Put a piece of dough to tear it into small pieces of dough (I have 16 pieces). Of the 7 pieces, I formed long narrow strips and laid out around the side. Of the 9 pieces, I formed flat cakes and laid out on the surface of the filling. Put in preheated to 180 degrees oven. Bake for 1 hour.
Enjoy your meal!
