1. Cutlets: add ground crackers in minced meat, mix everything well. In a mortar grind on a pinch of the above seasonings and a lot of black pepper. On the food film to form a very thin, about 0.7 cm, round patties and freeze them.
2. Buns: form a ball of dough, flattening it, spread it on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sesame. Between the buns leave enough space so that they do not stick together. Leave to rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. We bake at a temperature of 180 ° C for 20 minutes. Let them cool.
3. Assembling cheeseburgers: cut the bun and fry in a dry frying pan. Fry frozen cutlets on both sides for 5 minutes.
