For the preparation of cottage cheese and apple pie, we need:
– flour – 2 glasses,
– sour cream – 100 g,
– eggs – 4 pieces,
– sugar – 1.5 cups,
– butter – 200 g,
– baking powder – 10 g,
– cottage cheese – 500 g,
– apples – 4 pieces,
– Cinnamon – on request.
We spread cottage cheese in one capacity. Smash the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Three yolks are placed in a separate dish, the remaining yolk is laid out in a container with cottage cheese. Proteins are left in the same pot.
To three yolks add 1/2 sugar, butter, flour mixed with baking powder, and sour cream. Knead. We form a ball and put it in the fridge for 1 hour. We clean the apples from the peel and core.
Cut into thin-thin slices or rub on a coarse grater. Add to the cottage cheese mixture 1/3 cup of granulated sugar, mix. We spread the dough in a baking dish, align, form the sides. Put the curd on the dough. On top of it – apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and send the form for 30 minutes into the oven 180 degrees. This time, beat the proteins with the remaining sugar until resistant peaks.
Spread squirrels on apples. Again, put the form in the oven for 5-7 minutes. Cool, remove from the mold and prepare the tea.
