Chebureks homemade are thin and crispy, filling juicy

4 tbsp. flour (glass volume – 250 ml),
1.3 glasses of water (320ml)
2 tablespoons of vodka vodka gives dough blistering,
1 egg,
2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil,
0.5 teaspoon salt.
700 g minced (mixed),
350g onions,
1/3 cup of yogurt
greens and garlic if you like.
OPTION fillings 2:
Cheese (shredded)
greens (parsley and dill),
and in each cheburek – a thin slice of tomato.
How to cook pasties homemade:
Boil water with salt and butter. Immediately brew a half cup of flour in it, trying to stir lumps, and let it cool.
Then add the egg and vodka, mix, gradually adding flour, and knead the dough. Let stand for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into balls, the size of a table tennis ball, roll into a 1 mm thick cake.
Mince spread a thin layer on one half of the cake, cover and dazzle the edges.
Fry home-made pasties in a saucepan or frying pan in a well-heated oil on both sides, until golden brown.
