BOGGLES ON KEFIR
Gentle soft taste is just awesome.
Ingredients for the dough:
– 600 g flour
– 60 g sugar
– 0.5 tsp salt
– 25 g yeast
– 200 g of kefir
– 50 g of milk
– 75 g butter
– 2 eggs
For coating:
– 2 yolks
– 2 tablespoons of milk
– sesame
– poppy
Mix all products. Oil is heated, the milk is heated.
Put the dough to fit.
When it comes, rolls the dough, but not very thin. We cut triangles. We twist bagels.
We put on a baking sheet and give to approach. Beat the yolks with milk and coat the bagels well on all sides.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds and sesame. Bake.
