Black currant is a very tasty and healthy berry. Cooking black currant pie is very easy and fast! Such a dessert is not only tasty, it is also low-calorie.
400 gr. flour
200 gr. margarine
200 gr. Sahara
2 tsp baking powder
1 bag of vanilla sugar
5 tbsp. spoons of milk
300 gr. black currant (fresh or frozen)
Mix soft margarine with sugar and eggs, add milk.
Sift the flour and add baking powder and vanilla sugar. In the flour mixture, add a liquid mixture of sugar, eggs and milk, mix everything in a mixer.
Black currant to sort, remove landmarks, wash berries and gently stir in the dough.
Put the dough in the form (24 cm), oiled (you can sprinkle with breadcrumbs so as not to stick or use a split form).
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
Allow to cool, cut into portions, can be served.
