Biscuit, which always turns out

I must confess that, to my shame, I have never in my life made a biscuit – for some reason I was afraid of it. It was my first time. Biscuit turned out just great – soft and airy. When assembling the cake, you can not soak biscuit. So everyone who has problems with biscuit or fear of it, or if you just need a very good and proven recipe!


● Butter – 300 g
● Sugar – 350 g
● Salt (Pinch)
● Egg – 6 pcs
● Wheat flour – 300 g
● Starch – 100 g
● Baking powder for dough ((15g)) – 1 packet.
● Milk (3.5%) – 100 ml


Beat butter with sugar and salt until fluffy.

Beat the eggs one at a time, without stopping to beat.
Mix the flour with starch and baking powder, and add alternately with milk to the egg-oil mass.

Cover the form with paper and oil the bottom.
Pour the dough and send in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Remove, allow to cool and cut into cakes.

This number of products is designed for a 32X38cm form, I divided the resulting dough in half and baked in 2 runs in a 26cm shape – the result was 4 cakes.
