Biscuit roll with curd cream
Dough:
3 eggs,
70 gr. sugar,
70 gr. flour.
Eggs beat + sah. sand, flour, mix well. Counter lay with parchment, pour out dough. Bake, roll up hot (together with parchment).
Cream:
50 gr. drain oils
150 gr. cottage cheese,
4 tablespoons sakh.pudry.
Oil whip with powder + curd.
Cool down the cake with a cream, roll into a roll.
Decorate according to your desire.
