Bulgarian pepper (large) 3 pcs.
Chicken fillet from 2 breasts
Tomato (small) 2 pcs.
Natural yoghurt 1-2 tbsp. l
Cheese hard low-fat 100-150 g
Turmeric, salt, pepper, dill, green onions – to taste
Pepper cut in half, keeping the tails, clear of seeds.
Cut chicken fillet into small pieces (approximately 2 * 2 cm), add chopped tomatoes (without skin), finely chopped onions, spices and yogurt.
Fill the peppers with the filling and put them into a deep pan. Pour a little water. Bake in the oven (180-200 degrees) for about 30 minutes.
Then sprinkle the peppers with grated cheese and bake for another 10-15 minutes until a beautiful cheese crust is formed.
