We need for the basics:
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
80 g oil
2 tbsp sugar
1 small egg
500 g of cottage cheese
0.5 ct sugar
1 tbsp monkey
100 g sour cream or thick cream
3 tbsp caster sugar
Mix flour with baking powder and chop with chilled butter. Beat eggs with sugar. Mix everything and knead the dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Beat the whites, in a strong foam, gradually adding powder. If the squirrels beat up badly, you will not be able to see the "tears".
Take the dough out of the fridge and put it in the form by making a rim (I have a diameter of 24 cm) in a layer of 0.5 cm.
Top lay out the curd filling.
Bake at that. 180С approximately 20-30 minutes Then take out, lay out the souffle and bake for another 10-15 minutes. until golden brown. Do not overdo it!
Turning off the oven, open the door and in this state leave our cake to cool. Suffle will settle a little, do not worry, it is not terrible. After 40 minutes we reach it and let it stand still before it is completely cooled. After an hour and a half, tears will start to appear, sometimes earlier.
Ideally, the cake should stand for 5-6 hours in the cooled closed oven, or even all night.
