● 500 g mozzarella or hard cheese
● 3 tbsp. l grated parmesan cheese
● 1 egg
● 100 g flour
● 0.5 tsp. oregano
● vegetable oil for roasting
Mix grated hard cheese or mozzarella, egg and parmesan. Add flour and oregano to the mixture.
Prepare a smooth, soft dough. Roll the small balls of cheese dough. Dip them in breadcrumbs and put them in the fridge for 30 minutes. Scale the butter in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel. Give to the table. Ready cheese balls can be dipped in ketchup, mustard or another sauce to your taste.
