Prepare all the ingredients.
Zucchini grate on a coarse grater. Add a pinch of salt and leave for 5-7 minutes. Then squeeze from the allocated juice.
Transfer to a deep bowl, add grated onion on a coarse grater. Salt everything and pepper to taste.
Add flour and egg.
Heat a frying pan with oil and spread the mass with a tablespoon, giving the desired shape and size.
Fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
