Zucchini in mustard filling for the winter

You can serve such zucchini to the table as an appetizer, it will be very tasty with potatoes or any porridge, you can also add meat, poultry or fish. The mustard powder in the recipe gives the zucchini a special touch, it's a good combination, believe me. Prepare at least one jar per sample.
Prepare your ingredients.

Wash and dry the zucchini, then cut the zucchini into small slices.

Add granulated sugar and salt to the zucchini.

Add minced garlic and mustard powder.

Add oil and vinegar.

Add a bunch of chopped greens. Stir everything and let it rest for 2 hours.

After a while, prepare sterile jars. During this time, the zucchini will be juiced.

Put the zucchini in a sterile jar, fill with liquid from the bowl where the zucchini was.

Sterilize the workpiece for 20 minutes. Do not forget to cover the bottom of the pan with a cloth.

Roll up the finished zucchini hermetically, put it upside down and cover with a blanket, leave it alone for a day, then transfer it to the pantry.
